Injury /Pain Management – Hands on techniques by the physiotherapist and exercise prescription to assist quick and full recovery
Post-Operative Rehabilitation – Treatment directed at improving and restoring function following an operation.
Eg. Shoulder reconstruction, total knee replacement, knee reconstruction
Orthotic Prescription – The supply of inserts for shoes to improve alignment, or “biomechanics”, with walking, running and standing.
Eg. Knee cap, ankle and lower back pain
Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis Exercise Classes – Weekly low impact
exercise classes designed to increase muscle strength and increase bone density
